Primary care is day-to-day healthcare. From a checkup for a cold, PrEP to hormone therapy, HIV care to STI testing, we’re here for you! We act as your first point of contact and coordinate other specialist care that you may need through our referral process. Prism Health is staffed with providers who specialize in compassionate, high-quality primary care for LGBTQ+ individuals.
We are an encouraging and welcoming practice, and we’re excited to provide services to anyone, regardless of orientation or identity.
