Health Care That’s
As Unique As You.

Our Services

  • Primary Care

Prism Health provides compassionate, high-quality primary care services that work to help address your unique health concerns. Whether you’re LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, facing health disparities, at the intersection of these identities, or just want a safe, non-judgmental health-care experience, we are here to help you Shine Brighter!

  • Gender-Affirming Care

We believe that gender-affirming care should be comprehensive and integrated into the primary care experience, rather than through a piecemeal approach. This means that all of our providers are able to provide gender-affirming care, so you can avoid having to see multiple providers to have all your care needs met.

  • Behavioral Health & Substance Use Support

Our behavioral health providers offer culturally-affirming therapy designed to bring meaningful and lasting improvement to the lives of all people in our community. Our providers are highly-qualified and experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ folx and challenges of sexual, gender, and romantic minority (SGRM) communities.

  • Pharmacy

Prism Health offers affirming pharmacy services for our community through our on-site pharmacy, or you can receive your prescriptions directly to your home through mail-order!

  • Sexual Health

Prism Health provides free and fast screening for HIV and other STIs through our dedicated clinic, Pivot, as well as a stigma free environment to address any of your sexual health concerns.

  • PrEP

PrEP, a once-a-day medication to prevent HIV transmission, might be a good choice for you if you are at risk for HIV transmission or want to add more peace of mind to your life.
