Effective 3/17/20: Due to the urgency in curbing the spread of COVID-19, testing at Pivot is currently available during limited hours by appointment only. Call us at (971) 279-7033 to make a testing appointment. Our line is confidential and our expert counselors can answer your questions. If we are unable to answer your call, leave a voicemail with the best number to reach you and we will call you back within one business day.
If you are in need of STD treatment please contact your primary care provider, county health department or call Pivot at (971) 279-7033 for support around accessing care.

Pivot is now located at Prism Health.

Pivot is dedicated to providing free HIV and STI screenings to the LGBTQ+ community on a walk-in basis. Prism Health provides comprehensive on-site testing for HIV and other STIs through either your primary care visit or our Pivot services.

Full panel STI testing is now available whenever Pivot is open.

Monday: 10:00am–2:00pm

Tuesday: 5:00pm–8:30pm

Saturday: 2:00pm–7:00pm

Pivot is not able to provide treatment during testing hours.

The Multnomah County STD Clinic at 619 NW 6th Ave (2nd floor) and Prism Health (2236 SE Belmont, where Pivot is co-located) are both options for your treatment needs. Ask your tester or the reception staff if you have any questions about treatment or making an appointment.
